Gunnersbury Park Museum
Gunnersbury's small collection comprises a mixture of official films made by the Councils to promote the area (eg. "Surprise Yourself in Southall"; "Enjoy Yourself in Ealing") and amateur footage of school outings to local landmarks, memories of Ealing during World War II and a film about Travellers.
Gunnersbury Park Museum is the local history museum for the London boroughs of Hounslow and Ealing, collecting material which tells the story of the local communities from the Stone Age to the present day. The museum is set in a historic mansion which was once home to the Rothschild family and is surrounded by 186 acres of historic gardens and parkland.
