This November, we are hosting a Screen Heritage Conference, reflecting on the outcomes of our three-year Heritage Lottery funded project, London: A Bigger Picture.
Join us at the Museum of London, where archivists, academics, researchers and archive film professionals will gather to explore the implications of this ground-breaking project.
The conference will look at the project’s successes, with a series of case studies and presentations to share best practice.
Sessions will cover the challenges of collecting across a network of partners, the ethics of collecting in the digital age, archive audience outreach and development, and training the next generation of archivists.
Speakers include Sharon Ament (Director of Museum of London), Adrian Wootton OBE (CEO of Film London and the British Film Commission) and Geoff Pick (Director of London Metropolitan Archives).
